The home is modeled after a Natchez, Miss. Antebellum home, Monteigne, which was built a century before Built by Wallace and Kit Boothby, founders of Boothby Realty Built atop Shades Mountain, the home has a commanding view of Samford University and the valley below Some structural changes were made, but much of the homes original features were kept
