Front exterior of home was changed making this the 1st ShowHouse to undergo major exterior changes Architect was Nelson Smith and builder was Leon Reese Sold to Dr. & Mrs. James Andrews in 1987 During the 22 days the ShowHouse was open, it rained 18 days including several tornado warnings - the shuttle van pulled up in the Tea Room to load and unload passengers First year to use the DSH Logo & DSH Chairmen's pin
