The Spain-Lochridge home was built in 1929 by the late Frank E. Spain.
  • The architect for the house was Charles McCauley.
  • The Home had 30 decorated areas.
  • Some of Mr. Spain's philanthropic deeds included Spain Rehab Center, Spain Heart Tower and Spain Park.
  • Mr. Spain loved this home so much he had a sterling key made for the front door, which was the emblem used for the ShowHouse Program.
