Chairmen: Harriet Maloof Joan Parker	The Spain-Lochridge home was built in 1929 by the late Frank E. Spain.
The architect for the house was Charles McCauley. The Home had 30 decorated areas. Some of Mr. Spain's philanthropic deeds included Spain Rehab Center, Spain Heart Tower and Spain Park. Mr. Spain loved this home so much he had a sterling key made for the front door, which was the emblem used for the ShowHouse Program.
