  • The home was designed by William Lawrence Bottomly, a New York architect, who designed residences of the Georgian Style.
  • The home has 7 fireplaces, 100 windows, 25 rooms, a walk-in safe and servants' living area.
  • The home was built of sandstone quarried from a location between the home and the Water Works.
