Chairmen: Carol Sullivan Nancy Wagnon	The Hayes-Tutwiler Home was built in 1928 by the Jemison Company.
Designed by Warren Knight & Davis and was also patterned after Mount Vernon Sold for $125,000 in 1928 to Mr. Tutwiler. Sold in 1946 to Dr. Hayes Williams and then to the McDonald family Decorators were not allowed to use any wallpaper Due to heavy rain, bales of hay were laid on the adjacent creek bank to prevent flooding during the Patron’s Party
